Jeane Adanna Warner is a Legal and Policy Specialist and Attorney-at-Law with over thirteen years of experience spanning the judiciary, public service, civil society, and private sector. As former Judicial Research Counsel II at the Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago, she served as counsel advisor to the Chief Justice, providing statutory interpretation, constitutional analysis, and legislative review at the appellate level, and designed a judiciary-wide data governance and case management framework formally endorsed by the Chief Justice for phased implementation.
